• Responsibilities:
• Direct
• Resident
• Care: Assist residents with essential activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Clinical
• Support: Accurately record vital signs and other clinical measurements, reporting any changes in resident condition to the nursing leadership promptly.
• Nutritional
• Support: Assist with meal service, hydration, and general comfort needs to ensure resident wellness.
• Safety &
• Advocacy: Maintain a clean, safe environment while following all infection control and facility protocols to protect our residents.
• Compassionate
• Communication: Provide respectful, person-centered care that preserves the dignity and rights of every individual in our facility.

Qualifications

Licensure: Active California CNA Certification is required.

Reliability

Strong attendance record and a dependable, team-oriented work ethic.

Skills

Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.
