The provider is responsible for collecting and analyzing client health data to develop and implement comprehensive plans of care. They will provide clinical coordination, case management for high-risk patients, and education to patients and staff.
Candidates must have a Master's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider. Required certifications include MO/KS licensure and Basic Life Support from the AHA or Red Cross.
We are hiring an Advanced Practice Provider for our Urgent Care location in Parkville, Kansas City, MO. This is a FT opening based on 3x12 hour shifts Monday-Friday. Every third weekend rotation. Position is accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populations. Responsible for collecting and analyzing client health data identifies appropriate expected outcomes development and implement plan of care provide comprehensive clinical coordination of care and case management provide consultation to influence plan of care for clients enhance the abilities of others and effect change in the system uses prescriptive authority procedures and treatments in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations evaluate clients progress in attaining expected outcomes conduct nursing research provide education to patient family and nursing staff and case manages high risk patients. See department policy regarding scheduling requirements. Minimum of 2 years experience as an Advanced Practice Provider required. Will not consider new graduates.
