The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for preparing and dispensing medication orders while ensuring safe and cost-effective therapies. Key duties include monitoring drug regimens, performing pharmacokinetic dosing, and providing clinical consultation to medical staff.
Candidates must be a graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree and a current Colorado pharmacy license. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, along with health system experience.

Prepares and dispenses medication orders per physician request. Maintains medication stock in patient care areas. Ensures safe, appropriate, cost-effective medication therapies for patients according to policies, procedures and protocols.
Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree. Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of Colorado BLS (American Heart Association) ACLS (American Heart Association)
Experience: Health system experience required 3-5 years management experience preferred
