Provide essential personal care, including assistance with activities of daily living, mobility, and medication reminders for clients in their homes. Monitor health status, prepare meals, and offer companionship to improve the daily living experience of seniors.
Applicants must possess an active California Home Health Aid license and certifications in CPR and First Aid. Experience with dementia patients and the ability to perform gait belt transfers for clients up to 220lbs is highly desired.
As a Caregiver at Executive Home Care of Diablo Valley, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential personal care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their homes.
***Immediate need for experienced, licensed applicants for 2 4 hour shifts per week in Brentwood Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays 2pm-6pm. Must have reliable transportation to drive the client. The right candidate will have experience with Dementia patients, be comfortable with dogs and have a passion for engaging with seniors and improving their day to day living experience.***
