Home Health Aide

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Per Diem White Plains, NY | Westchester County $21 per Hour | Flexible Shifts | Immediate Openings Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem opportunities in White Plains and throughout Westchester County. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Offer medication reminders
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Qualifications

• Active New York State HHA Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of professional HHA experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Driver’s license preferred Required Health Documents:
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
