About the Role

• The Prosthodontist specializes in the diagnosis, treatment planning, rehabilitation, and maintenance of oral function, comfort, appearance, and health of patients with clinical conditions associated with missing or deficient teeth and/or oral and maxillofacial tissues.
• Your expertise will be critical in restoring and replacing teeth through prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and dental implants, thereby significantly improving patients' quality of life.
• You will collaborate closely with other dental specialists and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• This role demands a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while staying current with advancements in prosthodontics and related dental fields.
• Ultimately, your work will enhance both the functional and aesthetic aspects of patients' oral health, contributing to their overall well-being and confidence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited prosthodontics residency program.
• Valid state dental license to practice prosthodontics.
• Demonstrated proficiency in prosthodontic procedures and patient care.
• Strong knowledge of dental materials, oral anatomy, and restorative techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Board certification in prosthodontics.
• Experience with cosmetic dentistry procedures and teeth whitening treatments.
• Familiarity with oral surgery and endodontic procedures to support comprehensive care.
• Training or experience in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics to address diverse patient populations.
• Continuing education certifications or advanced training in digital dentistry and implantology.
