• We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Dental Assistant I (Sea Mar Community Health Centers) Sea Mar is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to support dental providers and deliver quality patient care.
• This role includes chairside assistance, patient education, infection control, and supporting clinic operations.
• Key Responsibilities  Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry across multiple procedures  Escort and greet patients; ensure patient comfort and confidentiality  Assist with patient charting, vitals, and dental documentation in Dentrix/Allscripts  Maintain sterilization and infection control standards  Support scheduling, inventory, supply ordering, and quality improvement activities  Train new staff and assist with competency testing and ongoing education Qualifications  Completion of a formal Dental Assistant program or 1+ year experience  Washington State DOH Dental Assistant Registration required  BLS CPR required within 90 days of hire  Strong infection control and patient communication skills  Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Sea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.
