Join our integrated medical team to support clients as they stabilize from a behavioral health crisis.
The LPN position is responsible for providing excellent nursing care to all clients.
Conducts medical screenings and assessments to ensure the physical well-being of individuals upon arrival and during the client’s stay at the Crisis Care Center, identifying any immediate health needs or concerns.
The LPN will work with the client and other staff members in the planning and delivery of nursing interventions, working as a team to support clients during their stay at the center.
To accomplish these objectives, excellent critical thinking skills and teamwork are required.
We are hiring LPNs for the following shifts with an every-other-week 3x12/4x12 schedule – Please note the shift(s) you are applying for when you submit your application: LPN Day Shift – Sunday – Tuesday/Wednesday LPN Day Shift – Wednesday/Thursday – Saturday LPN Night Shift – Sunday – Tuesday/Wednesday LPN Night Shift – Wednesday/Thursday – Saturday ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The LPN will: Coordinate closely with clients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, including direct clinical services (e.g., medication administration, insulin management, wound care), and ensure timely implementation of all provider-ordered interventions.
Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including monthly summary notes, evaluations, medication records, alert charting, and compliance with all documentation and quality control protocols.
Develop, update, and implement individualized care/service plans in response to changes in condition, hospitalizations, or behavioral needs, including crisis interventions, medication refusals, and special precautions.

Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory requirements by adhering to infection control practices, emergency protocols, medication management standards, and reporting obligations (e.g., abuse, neglect, significant condition changes), while maintaining flexibility to meet staffing and operational needs.
Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, and Medical Screening The Crisis Center LPN must be licensed to practice as an LPN in the State of Washington, and has successfully completed the state mandated HIV education.
LPN must obtain continuing education credits to meet licensure requirements.
LPN must be licensed in the State of Washington to practice as a licensed practical nurse.
Mental Health experience is preferred.
This position must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire date and is required to maintain current BLS CPR throughout employment.
Must complete a pre-hire and annual TB test screening.
Annual employee health screening, tb test, annual influenza and Covid 19 vaccine required.
