The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and coordinating competent, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of patient plans. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance operational efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
Candidates must have an Associate of Nursing degree and an active RN license in Indiana or a Nurse Licensure Compact license. Basic Life Support certification through the AHA is required, and graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program is expected.
