Assisting patients with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming).
Helping patients with mobility (transferring, ambulation).
Serving meals and assisting with feeding the patients.
Monitoring vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
Providing comfort and emotional support.
Answering call lights and responding to patient needs promptly.
Documenting care provided and patient observations.
