Responsibilities

Perform a full range of interventional radiology procedures, including catheterizations and image-guided interventions. Utilize medical imaging techniques such as CT, nuclear medicine, and diagnostic radiology to guide procedures. Adhere strictly to sterile environment protocols and aseptic techniques. Interpret imaging studies and provide diagnostic reports. Collaborate with referring physicians to determine appropriate interventional approaches. Ensure accurate documentation and familiarity with CPT coding for billing purposes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in interventional radiology techniques. Qualifications

Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Licensure

Active New York State Medical License (Required).

• Experience: Significant experience in interventional radiography, including catheterization procedures within sterile environments.
