Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) | Delray Beach, FL Job Summary We are seeking a Florida-licensed LMHC to provide remote therapy services for clients who need accessible mental health support. This role involves direct counseling, clinical planning, documentation, and helping clients work through personal challenges in a structured care setting. A strong fit for this position is someone who can create a professional virtual space, communicate clearly, and provide therapy that feels grounded and practical for clients. You will support clients through regular sessions while keeping care organized and clinically appropriate.

Responsibilities

Provide scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth Conduct mental health assessments and review client concerns Develop treatment goals with clients and document care plans Provide therapy for emotional, relational, and behavioral health concerns Maintain accurate clinical notes and client records Review progress and adjust treatment when needed Follow telehealth, HIPAA, and state licensure standards Identify when additional care or referral may be appropriate Active Florida LMHC license in good standing Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Experience providing counseling services to adults, families, or diverse client populations Comfortable delivering therapy through telehealth Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time position Remote / telehealth work setting Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LMHC looking for a focused telehealth role, we would be happy to consider you for this opportunity.
