Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) | Hollywood, FL Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide virtual therapy services to clients across Florida. In this role, you will support individuals managing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other mental health needs through secure telehealth sessions. You will help clients build coping skills, understand patterns, work through challenges, and move toward healthier day-to-day functioning.

Responsibilities

Provide individual counseling through a secure telehealth platform Complete clinical assessments and identify appropriate treatment needs Create and update treatment plans based on each client’s goals Use evidence-based counseling methods suited to the client’s presentation Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for telehealth care Active Florida LMHC license in good standing Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Experience providing counseling services to adults, families, or diverse client populations Comfortable delivering therapy through telehealth Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time position Remote / telehealth work setting Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready to bring your LMHC experience into a structured remote role, we would be glad to review your application.
