Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across outpatient and inpatient settings, including prenatal, delivery, and surgical services. Collaborate with subspecialty providers and participate in shared hospital call coverage to ensure coordinated patient care.
Must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Requires completion of an accredited residency and eligibility for Arizona medical licensure and a DEA license.
Description Position Overview The OB/GYN Physician will provide the full scope of obstetric and gynecologic care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment with strong subspecialty support and shared hospital coverage.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic services Diagnose and treat a wide range of women’s health conditions Perform surgical procedures consistent with training and experience Collaborate with MFM specialists, OB Hospitalists, and subspecialty providers for coordinated patient care Participate in shared call coverage Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely medical documentation Adhere to clinical protocols, quality standards, and patient safety initiatives Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices Build and maintain strong patient relationships and contribute to practice growth
Supervisory Responsibilities May provide clinical oversight to Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants), nursing staff, and medical assistants as applicable Participates in mentoring, training, and onboarding of clinical staff as needed

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program Eligible for Arizona medical licensure DEA license (or ability to obtain) Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care Excellent clinical and communication skills
Preferred Experience Experience in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS) Familiarity with collaborative care models including MFM and OB Hospitalist programs Interest in clinical quality improvement or research initiatives
