Provide comprehensive well, acute, and chronic care to a diverse patient population across all ages in a primary care setting. Responsible for the evaluation, documentation, and education of patients and their families while collaborating with supervising physicians.
Current license to practice in NYS. Must maintain credentialing and privileges as granted by the Board of Directors and the Health Center. Must maintain current DEA registration. Is not excluded to participate as a provider in the Medicaid and Medicare Programs.
