Franciscan Health Indianapolis Campus 8111 S Emerson Ave Indianapolis, Indiana 46237 At Franciscan the Registered Nurse (RNs) Specialty are responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients in our specialty clinics.
This role is critical in assisting providers and coworkers in coordinating patient care as well as functions as a liaison between patients, coworkers, and providers.

Manageable Workload Enjoy a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, seeing an average of 10–12 patients per day, allowing you to provide high-quality, individualized care.
Work-Life Balance Standard schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with shared weekend on-call responsibilities.
Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Team Join the Wound Care Institute, where a team of specialists works together to deliver comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.
Autonomy & Clinical Impact As an RN, you will: Develop individualized treatment programs tailored to each patient Monitor and evaluate patient progress Adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes QUALIFICATIONS A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program preferred.
