Requires at least one year of labor and delivery nursing experience and a current Washington state RN or MSL license. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
UW Medical Center - Montlake is seeking an Experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our award-winning team. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS We have 150 deliveries a month (as a quaternary care hospital) 70% of our OB moms are high risk with neonates, medically complex co-morbidities. We provide care for up to 14 antepartum patients, 9 L & D patients, 18 postpartum mother/baby pairs. We have antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum services. We staff according to AWHONN standards. We are a certified WHO-Baby Friendly Hospital. Will provide outpatient services if needed. SCHEDULE 90% FTE 36 hours/week, 12-hour night shifts. REQUIRMENTS One or more years as a labor and delivery nursing experience Have/obtain a current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Washington or MSL Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
