The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for managing and coordinating patient care within post-acute care facilities. Key duties include conducting patient rounds, writing orders, and collaborating with nursing staff and physicians to improve patient outcomes.
Candidates must possess a valid Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification. One year of relevant experience in fields such as Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or ICU is preferred.

The Advanced Practice Provider role involves the proficient management and coordination of patient care within their assigned population.
