- Under the general supervision of the laboratory supervisor, the Lab Assistant II processes and handles specimens for testing in multiple Clinical and Anatomic areas of the laboratory.
- You may be required to obtain blood specimens on patients of all ages by venipuncture and micro-collection techniques for laboratory analysis.

Position
- Laboratory Assistant II- The shifts are 9-hour shifts between 645- 5pm Weekend every other Sat hours 645-1pm. Sunday 845-2p- This role will travel between PMH, KOP, Exton and Collegeville!
- Experience: 2+ years laboratory experience required. Proficiency in 2 different areas of the lab strongly preferred. 1 year experience with infant collections
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent, certification as a medical assistant or related field preferred, moderate knowledge of medical terminology, excellent verbal, written, computer and clerical skills.
Licensures/Certifications
Maintains certification in the Packaging and Shipping of Hazardous Goods. If MA, certification preferred
