Perform mammography imaging according to department protocols and manage the transmission of images to PACS. Act as the primary interface for customers while participating in quality control activities and maintaining supplies.
Requires a graduate degree from a JRCERT accredited program, current BCLS certification, and appropriate state licensure and fluoroscopy permits. Candidates must have at least one year of experience and national certifications in two modalities.
Performs Mammography according to department protocols. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/ QC activities and if service is needed, escalates to Director. Maintains department supplies. Promotes teamwork and good customer service. Responsible for Processing and transmission of Images to PACS.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State. Effective July 1, 2017appropriate national certifications in two modalities required Current BCLS (AHA) required. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations. One year of expereince required. This compensation estimate is specific to New Jersey and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
