Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department and regulatory protocols. Manage the processing and transmission of images to PACS while serving as the primary interface for customer imaging needs.
Requires ARRT-R certification, a current CRT issued by CDPH, and at least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist. Candidates must also obtain a fluoroscopy permit, venipuncture certificate, and maintain BCLS certification.
Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/QC activities. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Must have Current CRT issued by CDPH 2. Must obtain fluoroscopy permit by CDPH 3. Must obtain venipuncture certificate 4. ARRT-R is required. 5. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations. 6. Current BCLS certificate required upon hire and maintain current. 7. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
