The Chart Analyst is responsible for preparing and assembling patient charts for discharge and performing regular audits of active charts. They also manage chart deficiencies, notify physicians of delinquencies, and process release of information requests.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Candidates must possess above-average computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office programs.
