The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and re-evaluating patients to develop and revise established plans of care. They provide clinical services to older adults within a collaborative, wellness-focused community environment.
Candidates must hold a degree in physical therapy from an accredited program and possess an active state license. Strong organizational skills and the ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants are also required.
