Provide intensive therapy and 24/7 care to children and families within a residential treatment setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and nurses to address acute mental health diagnoses and behaviors.
Requires a master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work and eligibility for licensure in Oregon. Previous experience with children or adolescents in a clinical setting is preferred.

Residential treatment provides 24/7 care and intensive therapy to address mental health needs. It offers three levels of care -- Psychiatric Residential, Subacute, and Secure Adolescent Inpatient. Residential therapists get to work with acute behaviors and diagnoses in a supportive and teaching environment, similar to working at a teaching hospital.

However, actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the Oregon Equal Pay Law and will take into account factors such as the candidate's relevant experience and education. Candidates should expect that initial offers will be made within the listed pay range and may not be at or near the top of the range.
