Evaluates patients to develop and implement specific physical therapy treatment programs to facilitate recovery and independence. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and provides education to patients, families, and staff.
Requires a degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited school and current licensure in Texas or a compact license. Must hold a current Healthcare Provider CPR certification from AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network.
Primary Purpose Evaluates, plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles of physical therapy to facilitate the patient's recovery and return to independence. MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS Education: Must have a degree in Physical Therapy from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
