The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing services, including physical assessments and the administration of infusions and injectables. They are responsible for developing client care plans and reporting condition changes to the medical team.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license and CPR certification. Proficiency in IV starts and accessing infusion ports is required, along with a valid driver's license and insured vehicle.

Job Summary Provides services to clients in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act, Agency policy, and accepted professional standards of practice. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing services utilizing a comprehensive base of nursing theory.
Assume accountability for professional nursing practice, following the state Nurse Practice Act and home health standards. Conduct physical assessments, including client admissions and reassessments, as directed by the Clinical Supervisor. Report changes in the client condition to the medical practitioner and care team promptly. Contribute to the development and adjustment of client care plans. Demonstrate technical nursing competency, especially in administering infusions, injectables, and IV access. Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences, adhering to Agency policies. Promote safety, infection control, and continuous quality improvement in client care. Maintain confidentiality and engage in ongoing professional development.
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN preferred. Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice. Proficient in various infusion and injectable medications, including peripheral intravenous (IV) starts and accessing infusion ports. Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills. Current CPR certification. Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements.
