Locum MD (Medical Doctor) Primary Care

As a Locum MD in Primary Care, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients, diagnosing and treating various health conditions, and ensuring continuity of care. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments Diagnose and develop treatment plans for various medical conditions Prescribe medications and manage patient care Collaborate with nurses and medical staff to ensure quality patient care Document patient information accurately in electronic health records Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Participate in patient care team meetings and case discussions Stay updated with current medical practices and guidelines

Requirements

MD degree from an accredited medical school Active medical license to practice in California Experience in primary care or related field preferred Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Commitment to patient-centered care

• Outpatient clinic
• Patient
• Census: 8-12 per day Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses
