Responsibilities

Meet with clients through a secure video platform Provide individual counseling and mental health support Conduct intake sessions and ongoing clinical assessments Create practical treatment goals with each client Maintain up-to-date notes and clinical records Support clients in building coping strategies and emotional awareness Assess risk and respond appropriately when safety concerns arise Follow Florida licensing standards and telehealth requirements Maintain professional communication with clients and support staff Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field Active Florida LMHC license in good standing Previous experience providing individual counseling or psychotherapy Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload responsibly Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions Competitive salary of $115,000–$120,000 per year 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package Remote work arrangement Weekday schedule Support with administrative tasks Bring your LMHC experience to a role built for steady client care, professional balance, and remote clinical practice.
