Salary
$15 - $17 / HOUR
Provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help them live and work in their community. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, community outings, and documenting services according to support plans.
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to pass background screenings and perform physical tasks like lifting. A valid driver's license and experience in caregiving or human services are preferred.

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. You’ll help people build skills, participate in community activities, and meet daily living needs while promoting choice, dignity, and independence.
· Support daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, medication reminders per policy) · Assist with community outings, social activities, and skill-building goals · Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and healthy routines · Follow individual support plans and document services accurately · Maintain a safe, respectful environment and respond to emergencies as trained · Communicate effectively with team members, families/guardians, and supervisors
· High school diploma or GED (required) · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred/if role requires driving) · Ability to pass background check and required screenings · Comfortable assisting with personal care and lifting/transferring as needed · Strong communication skills, empathy, and reliability · Experience in caregiving, CNA, home health, or human services is a plus—training provided
Schedule & Compensation
Status: Full-time or Part-time
Schedule: Days, evening, weekends, weekends only, evenings only
$15 - $17 per hour, depending on experience
