The RN provides direct and indirect patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation within an acute rehabilitation setting. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans and manage the discharge process for patients.
Candidates must have a nursing degree (BSN, ADN, or Diploma) and a current state RN license with CPR/BCLS certification. Experience in Medical/Surgical acute care and CRRN or ACLS certifications are preferred.

Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develop nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharges planning process.
