$107 - $121 / HOUR
Provide physician services across hospice and palliative care settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and home visits. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage pain, control symptoms, and establish goals of care for patients.
Requires an MD or DO degree with an active Colorado Physician License and Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospice & Palliative Medicine. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and current CPR certification are required.
