The Patient Accounts Specialist provides administrative and financial support for the Kingsport AEGD Program. This includes managing daily front-office workflow, patient scheduling, insurance coordination, and communication with various stakeholders.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and four years of experience in a dental office or clinic. A Registered Dental Assistant certification in Tennessee is preferred, along with knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes.
