Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to individualized care plans. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care within a hospice setting.
Must possess a current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Commitment to providing compassionate care to patients is required.
