- Competitive base salary up to $187,000

- Manageable patient volume averaging 16–20 patients daily

- No call coverage responsibilities
- Average daily patient volume of approximately 16–20 patients
- Outpatient-only primary care setting
- Clinical responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care services
- Manage acute and chronic health conditions across the lifespan
- Develop long-term patient relationships through continuity of care
- Perform preventative care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EPIC EMR
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base salary range
- $159,000–$187,000
- Sign-on bonus available

Requirements
- Family Nurse Practitioner license in California REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience REQUIRED
- Primary care experience REQUIRED
- Experience managing an independent patient panel preferred
- Strong outpatient clinical and relationship-building skills REQUIRED
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Bilingual candidates welcomed but not required
