Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies with valid licensure and certification. Proven clinical experience and proficiency with electronic health records are required.

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and institutional regulations Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options Document patient encounters accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research activities Stay current with medical advancements and maintain licensure and certification
Skills and Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA) Valid licensure and certification as an Advanced Practice Practitioner Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a specialty area Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a team and independently Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards St. Croix Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
