Market context

COTA roles stay steady in Missouri

In Missouri, COTA and rehab aide openings are often tied to outpatient clinics, skilled nursing, and school-based therapy needs, so demand can be steady where rehabilitation services are expanding. These roles can be competitive because employers usually want an OT Assistant associate degree, valid COTA licensure, CPR, and sometimes added transportation credentials like a Class E license. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm the original posting and be ready to show how you meet the licensure and shuttle-driving requirements.
