Collaborate with the clinic team to provide quality patient care, including assessment, intervention, and support for patients and families. Act as a lead clinician assisting providers or serving as a dedicated telephone assistant.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current Alabama State Registered Nurses License and BCLS certification. Requires a minimum of one year of clinic experience in a direct patient care setting.
Overview Acts as collaborative member of the clinic team in providing continuity of and quality patient care. Assesses and provides appropriate intervention for the problems that patients and families experience related to their health care and treatment to include teaching, counseling and supporting as needed to assist provider, patient and family. Also acts as lead clinician in assistance to provider and/or as dedicated telephone assistant.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. License, Certification and/or Registration: Current Alabama State Registered Nurses License. BCLS must be obtained during orientation period.
