Provide high-quality pulmonary care to patients in skilled nursing facilities through rounds, assessments, and treatment planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage patient health and deliver preventative education.
Requires a current Florida APRN license, National Board Certification, and a DEA license. Experience in post-acute care is required, with a preference for at least one year of pulmonary experience.
Location: Central Florida
Flexible schedule: 2-3 weekdays a week
We are seeking a Pulmonary Post-Acute Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide high-quality patient care within skilled nursing facilities throughout Central Florida. The provider will be responsible for conducting patient rounds, communicating with patients and facility staff, and delivering accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, consultation, education, and follow-up care.
