The COTA supports occupational therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to help residents regain daily living and work skills. Key duties include implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring resident progress, and documenting outcomes.
Candidates must hold a COTA certification from an accredited program and a valid state license to practice. A valid Indiana operator's license and basic computer literacy are also required.
