Provide supervisory, personal, and directed care services to assisted living residents in a safe and friendly manner. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining electronic medical records.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and a certificate from an NCIA-approved Caregiver Training Program. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, Adult CPR/First Aid, and an AZ Food Handlers Card.

Shift Differential of $2.25 increase in hourly wage from M-F 6pm to 6am & Friday 6pm - Monday 6am**
