Provide direct patient care in long-term, skilled, and hospice settings, including assessing needs and implementing care plans. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Must hold a valid LPN or RN license in the state of Nebraska and be proficient in electronic medical record systems. Requires strong knowledge of nursing principles and the physical ability to safely lift and transfer patients.
Provide direct patient care in long-term-care, skilled care, & hospice setting. Assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
Have a valid LPN or RN license in the state of Nebraska. Be proficient in using electronic medical record systems. Possess strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures. Have the ability to lift and transfer patients safely using proper body mechanics. Use excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
