On-site in Northfield, NJ. This role is hands-on because great care starts face-to-face.

Your Role as a Medical Assistant

As a Medical Assistant at EPIC, you’re more than a support staff member—you’re an essential part of the care team. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

Welcome Patients with Care: Escort patients to exam rooms and create a welcoming environment that sets the tone for exceptional care.

Capture Crucial Information: Accurately measure and record vital signs in the EHR to provide the care team with the details they need.

Document Patient History: Log symptoms and medical history with precision, ensuring nothing important is overlooked.

Administer Procedures: Perform injections, vaccinations, and other treatments with expertise and compassion.

Educate Patients: Provide clear explanations about procedures, helping patients feel informed and empowered.

Assist in Diagnostics: Collect blood and urine samples to support accurate evaluations.

Coordinate Follow-Up Care: Schedule future appointments to ensure patients stay on track with their health.

Support Team Excellence: Participate in initiatives to improve processes and contribute wherever your team needs you.
