Administer occupational therapy treatments and modalities as directed by the Staff OT to restore patient functioning. Monitor patient progress, document responses, and engage families in home exercise programs.
Requires an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting and the ability to obtain a Florida OTA license. Preferred candidates have Lymphedema certification and experience in acute and outpatient settings.
Associate Degree (AS) in Occupational Therapy Assisting Ability to obtain FL OTA license prior to start (within 4 weeks of ooffer) Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide patient exercise, massage, paraffin baths, hot and cold packs, traction, ultrasound, and ADL retraining
