Assists physicians in patient examination and treatment by obtaining vital signs and recording patient data. Coordinates patient flow, schedules appointments, and handles clinical communications and regulatory compliance.
Requires a high school diploma and completion of a medical assistant program or one year of clinical experience. Must be BLS certified and proficient in Microsoft Outlook and electronic health records.
