$41 - $50 / HOUR
The Rapid Response RN provides hospice care, including admissions, crisis visits, and continuous care across various patient settings. They are also responsible for triaging incoming calls and managing the total census during their assigned shift.
Candidates must hold a current Maryland RN license (or reciprocal) and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. A BSN is preferred, along with proficiency in electronic medical records and strong communication skills.

QualificationsYour Qualifications: Current Maryland RN license or accepted reciprocal out-of-state nursing licensure; BSN preferred. Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Strong and creative, problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate. Basic computer skills required; familiarity and comfort with documenting in an Electronic Medical Record. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation Ability to meet the physical demands of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
