Perform accurate patient assessments and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for patients in a Progressive Care Unit. Responsible for maintaining medical records, completing interdisciplinary care plans, and conducting quality improvement assessments.
Requires a current state RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing school. Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire, and one year of experience is preferred.

More about our team Join our 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5/6. We are staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Monitor Techs providing care for patients for a mix of patients including Med/Surge. Our unit has 24/7 CNA coverage who work closely with the RNs as well as 24/7 cardiac monitoring. This role offers the opportunity to work in a face-paced environment with rapid patient turnover while delivering high-quality patient care in a strong team environment.
What we’re looking for- a compassionate nurse with a deep understanding of critical care principles and advanced patient monitoring.
