This is a busy, fast paced Home Health rehabilitation team which provides Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology services to the community.

• The requirements: Degree from an accredited school approved by CAA Current state licensure or eligibility in Speech Language Pathology in Maryland Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Has one (1) year Home Health clinical experience preferred, but would consider candidates with experience in the inpatient or skilled settings as well Will display strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication Focuses on the patient and providing the utmost in customer service excellence
• Experience with documentation utilizing

• The responsibilities: Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, will deliver quality speech services according to treatment plans Documenting progress toward identified objectives Provide accurate and timely documentation utilizing EMR platform Conducting patient and family education Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
