• One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide vital direct patient care, significantly contributing to patient well-being and recovery as an integral part of our compassionate healthcare team.Every day, you will assess patient conditions, administer medications, perform prescribed treatments, and meticulously document care.
• You will collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement individualized care plans, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient experience.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient safety, and excellent communication.

• Abuse Protection and Reporting: Assesses and identifies and reports patient abuse and neglect i.e.: physical assault, rape or other molestation, domestic, abuse and neglect of elders and children and implements department policies and procedures.
