Clinical Social Worker – Full Time $35-$45
Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credentialed under the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Social Work [https://www.mass.gov/social-worker-licensing].
Licensure: Current Massachusetts LCSW or LICSW.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or geriatric hospital setting.
Supervision
Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise staff and students.
Clinical
Skills: Ability to develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families, establish appropriate professional boundaries, and strictly adhere to the NASW Code of Ethics.
