• County Line Rd Medical Building 701 E County Line Rd Greenwood, Indiana 46143 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to meet the growing demand for primary care services at Franciscan Physician Network Greenwood Parke Family Medicine located in Greenwood, Indiana.
• Experience preferred.
• Provider will be joining an established, busy practice with experienced physician and advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance.

• The candidate will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
• Candidate will also have a desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve.
• WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Practice hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications
